Amid (increasingly plausible) allegations of tampered votes and what the U.S. is trying to do in Iraq, there are still media issues on the fore, both in the local Chicago area (like the CAN TV ordinance) and the looming threat of increased media concentration (with a threat so big that even Rupert Murdoch is scared).
