We've had a conga-line of big wins in recent weeks (see posts below), but there are a number of media-themed campaigns, locally and nationally, which are still ongoing -- among them:
(1) A campaign to get the FCC to hold hearings in every U.S. state.
(2) The Low Power Radio Act of 2004 is right now before consideration in the Senate. Be sure to contact your Senators today. Lear more here and here
(3) Despite the big hurdle passed on June 18, we're still encouraging people (for now at least) to get involved in CMA's campaign to contact the Mayor on behalf of CAN TV.
(4) And despite recent success in bringing Democracy Now! to parts of Chicago's south side, much of Chicagoland is still Amy-Goodman-deprived. Click here to help fix that.
