The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, which is based in Philadelphia, also left in place an order blocking the FCC from putting the rules into effect." The ordinance to fund CAN TV was passed unanimously by the committee and will go to the full Council during the budget process in the fall. While this was an important gain, we must work toward getting the ordinance passed by the full City Council in September."
