The Midwest Steps Up To The Localism Plate

The FCC has finally announced a date for its midwest localism hearing: May 26, 2004, in Rapid City, South Dakota. They had previously announced a date in April, but it looks like they've pushed it back. (Nota bene: Rapid City happens to be the hometown of FCC Commissioner Jonathan Adelstein.)
